Currently, we ship online shop orders within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground.

Due to high demand, our current processing time is 5-7 business days. We will notify you when your order has been shipped.

At this time, we do not ship orders internationally.

Prices do not include packing, shipping, handling, insurance, or sales tax.

RETURN POLICY - MADE TO ORDER

All Made to Order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled or returned.

RETURN POLICY- IN STOCK

In stock furniture, lighting, art, and rugs are final sale and cannot be returned.

In stock small accessories can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. Shipping, handling, and other charges are not refundable and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns are for store credit only. 

  • We do not refund original shipping charges and return packing and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • The return must be initiated with lawson-fenning within 14 days of purchase, items must be received within 30 days of purchase

  • We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Merchandise purchased on sale or “As-Is” is not returnable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS
  1. Please send us an email to sales@lawsonfenning.com. Please include the order number, the item(s), and reason(s) for return. We will respond to return requests in 48 hours.

  2. Please package the returnable items securely, and provide us with a tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery & complete the return. Lawson-Fenning is not responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is packed appropriately for re-shipping.

  3. Please send merchandise via an insured shipping method to:

Once the returned package has been received, please allow 5-7 business days for the store credit to be issued. 

    DAMAGES

    Any claims for damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods and settled by the customer and freight company, it is not the responsibility of lawson-fenning. All damage must be recorded on the shipper's BOL at time of receipt.

    SHIPPING TERMS

    Cartoning and Crating is not included in the price of Lawson-Fenning pieces. It can be quoted for an additional cost.

    Stairs are not included in shipping rates unless specified at the time of quote

    COI’s are not included unless specified at the time of quote. Umbrella COI Coverage is not available.

    The customer is responsible to ensure that all furniture will clear elevators, stairs, doorways, etc. 

    All orders are available to be picked up FOB from our dock in Los Angeles, CA.
