Mohair

Derived from the fleece of the Angora goat, mohair is prized for its exceptionally long, lustrous fibers. Unlike traditional wool, its smooth fiber structure naturally reflects light, giving mohair velvet its characteristic sheen, depth, and richness of color.

The goats are shorn as their fleece matures, allowing it to naturally regrow and be harvested again. The resulting fiber is remarkably soft yet resilient, lending mohair its distinctive balance of luxury and durability.
