This past year, COVID-19 has dramatically impacted the global supply chain, resulting in temporary delays from our suppliers, vendors and artisans. Raw materials like foam and lumber are in short supply. In addition, unprecedented demand is impacting us and our vendors ability to fulfill orders quickly.

That said, we are committed to the highest standards of service, and our priority is ensuring that every aspect of your experience with lawson-fenning is a positive one. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

Please be advised that any and all lead times and delivery dates are estimates only, we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Due to covid-19 impacts on the global supply chain, delays should be anticipated. We recommend booking installation only after receipt of the order. Lawson Fenning is not responsible for ANY costs or project related delays.

We encourage you to order early to allow for longer than normal production and transit times. We work closely with our work rooms and vendors to anticipate any issues and share the most accurate lead times to you. Once you place an order, we will contact you by email if there are any changes to your estimated delivery timing.

Shipping

Our commitment to our customers sets us apart and has established Lawson-Fenning as an industry leader in the design service experience. Our Production and Sales teams have worked tirelessly to deliver your orders to you. We are doing our absolute best to research new shipping options, to request accurate tracking information when available, and to establish accurate delivery lead times, and we share your frustrations at the occasional delays and lack of transparency in certain phases of shipping processes. 

Here at Lawson-Fenning, we have hired a Shipping Coordinator to oversee shipping logistics, and he works seamlessly with our Sales team to deliver your orders. We are working with businesses whose own labor shortages and or supply issues create ripple effects that influence pricing, and shipping and delivery lead times. Simultaneously, we continue to research new businesses and partnerships to improve our delivery experience in every region in the country. 

With that in mind, here are a few suggestions for clients on possible ways to reduce shipping and delivery timelines and costs: 

1) Freight to Receiving Warehouse + Client Arrangement for local delivery - our fastest method of transit with minimized risk for damages

2) Client Shipping - Client coordinates delivery for order - providing the opportunity to consolidate multiple vendor shipments
