From a very early age, Jonathan Entler began working with his hands in a variety of materials. As the son of an extraordinary woodworker and a talented seamstress, he was surrounded by the tools and materials, methods and possibilities for making anything he could imagine. His affinity for sculpture, ceramics, and design has evolved over his lifetime, and this body of work succinctly conveys his fascination with patterns, processes, organic forms and the built environment. Handmade and produced in very limited runs, Jonathan carefully works each piece into a larger body of work––one that seeks to push creative boundaries through ongoing experimentation with new techniques and processes. ENTLER creates objects that move and inspire when encountered; fixtures that will become the centerpieces of the rooms they inhabit.
